The Founder

Born in 1929, the founder, a visionary from a renowned Travancore trading family, overcame hardships to pursue education. Graduating as a chemical engineer from Madras University, he started his career at FACT, Kochi.
His life took a turn when Thangal Kunju Musliar (TKM) sought his hand for his daughter. Soon, he was entrusted with building TKM Engineering College, where he became vice principal and later pursued his master’s at the University of Mississippi. Returning as principal, he shaped generations through education.
Venturing into politics, he played a key role in Kerala’s early planning board but later shifted to entrepreneurship. Choosing to manufacture PVC pipes—then an unfamiliar product in Kerala—he revolutionized the market. Known for his humility and patience, he upheld the highest business standards.
